AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s submissions in reply filed on 3 August 2020

AND UPON considering the Order of H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 8 July 2020 granting the Defendant permission to appeal against the Judgment of H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 8 April 2020 (the “Judgment”)

AND UPON taking into account Part 4.2(6) and Part 1.6 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Application is granted.

2. These proceedings shall be stayed pending the outcome of the appeal against the Judgment.

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
