How to add a Public Hearing Video

1. Go to Posts / Add New from your dashboard:
   
2. The first box is where you’ll want to enter the title of your post. This should be the case number followed by the Hearing Type.
3. Click on the ‘Use the Divi Builder’ button: 
4. Click on the ‘Load from Library’ button: 
5. Click on the ‘Add From Library’ button: 
6. Click on the ‘Load’ button for the Videos layout: 
7. Edit the title of the video and the description by clicking on the edit button: 
8. Open the video link editor: 
9. In a new browser tab, open the video in YouTube.
10. Click on ‘Share’, then ‘Embed’. You will see a long line of code like in the image below.
11.  Copy the above code.
12.  Return to the Post editor browser tab.
13. Open the text editor of the left-hand section and click on the ‘Text’ tab. 
14. Paste the copied code into the Content field.
15. Save and close.
16. In the Categories box, select the ‘Public Hearing’ Category, which comes under ‘DIFC Courts Video’.
17. If you need to back-publish this, you can set the publish date for the date this hearing occurred, for example. Click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the ‘Publish on’ date.
18. Publish the page.
