IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.The Application is dismissed.
2. The parties shall file and serve witness statements by no later than 4pm on Sunday 3 April 2016.
3. The parties shall file and serve witness statements in reply by no later than 4pm on Sunday 17 April 2016.
4. The Trial in this case is to be held on 10 May 2016.
5. There be no order as to costs.
