IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Defendant is granted leave to appeal against the Judgment of H.E. Justice Ali Al Madhani dated 25 July 2016 pursuant to RDC 44.8(1) on the basis that the appeal would have a real prospect of success, and pursuant to RDC 44.8(2), on the basis that the issues are of public importance and there is therefore a compelling reason why the appeal should be heard.
