UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application Notice CFI 017-2015/3 dated 6 October 2015 seeking the disclosure of documents (the “Application”)

AND UPON reviewing the Defendant’s response to the Application dated 12 October 2015;

AND UPON reading the relevant material in the case file;

AND UPON reviewing the Redfern schedule filed by the Claimant on 19 October 2015 and the Defendant’s Objections filed on the same date;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant’s application is granted.
2. The Defendant shall produce to the Courts and the Claimant, the documents from A to J of the Redfern schedule requested by the Claimant, on a confidential basis, by no later than 4pm on Wednesday, 21 October 2015, for consideration at the hearing listed to be held on Thursday, 22 October 2015, which shall be held in private, in accordance with Article 14 of the Arbitration Law.
3. Costs in relation to this Application are to be costs in the case.
