UPON the Order made by H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi ordering the winding up of the Respondent on 2 May 2016 (the “Winding Up Order”)
AND UPON H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi appointing Mr Shahab Haider of Sajjad Haider Chartered Accountants LLP as the Liquidator (the “Liquidator”) pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Winding Up Order
AND UPON H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi ordering that the Liquidator’s remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly spent by the Liquidator and his staff attending to matters arising out of the liquidation
AND UPON reviewing Application Notice CFI-005-2016/3 dated 2 July 2017 requesting from the Court to fix the Liquidator’s fees
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT
- The Liquidator’s fees are fixed on a time cost basis to be paid as an expense of the liquidation in the amount of USD 123,256.67.
- Liberty to apply.
