UPON reviewing the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI-020-2014/23 dated 5 October 2017 (the “Application”) seeking to add parties to the proceedings
AND UPON reviewing the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Defendant shall to serve the Application and any evidence in support on the Claimant as soon as possible, any in any event by no later than 4pm on Thursday 12 19 October 2017.
2. The Claimant shall serve any evidence in response to the Application within 14 days of receipt of the Application and evidence pursuant to paragraph 1 above, and in any event by no later than 4pm on Thursday 26 October 2 November 2017.
3. The Defendant shall serve any evidence in reply within 7 days of service of the Claimant’s evidence filed pursuant to paragraph 2 above, and in any event by no later than 4pm on Thursday 2 9 November 2017.
4. The Application be heard with the Case Management Conference, to be fixed for either 20 or 22 November 2017, with the parties’ preference between those two options to be provided to the Court by no later than 4pm on Thursday 18 19 October 2017.
5. Skeleton arguments for the Application shall be filed and served no later than 7 3 days before the date of the Case Management Conference.
