Role Description
The DIFC Courts are looking for a Deputy Registrar to join their diverse team. The successful candidate would be required to offer support and advice to the Registrar in carrying out his/her duties. The Deputy Registrar would be required to undertake judicial functions pursuant to Article 17(4) of the DIFC Courts Law (DIFC Law No 10 of 2004) and carry out all operational management of the daily functions of the DIFC Courts.
Education and Qualifications:
Law degree from reputable university with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience required including:
- Legal professional experience
- Court work experience preferred but not mandatory
- Good management and operational experience
- People management skills required
