PURSUANT TO THE CMC Order of Judicial Officer Maha Al Mehairi issued on 18 July 2019

AND UPON reviewing the First Defendant’s Request for Document Disclosure from the First and Second Part 21 Defendants pursuant to Rule 28.16 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts

AND UPON the parties failing to file objections to the First Defendant’s Request to Produce filed on 29 September 2019 (the “Request to Produce”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1.The First and Second Part 21 Defendants shall produce the following Requests to the Claimant by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 31 October 2019:

2.The First Defendant’s Requests 1, 2 are denied on the basis that the Request is not limited in time, it does not relate to a narrowly defined category of documents.

3. The First and Second Part 21 Defendants shall produce Request No. 3, 4, 5, 6, in the First Defendant’s Redfern schedule.

4.Liberty to apply.
