UPON considering the Third Claimant’s Application Notice CFl-027-2016/12 dated 27 February 2020 seeking an order that the Court grant the Third Claimant permission to discontinue its claims against the Defendants (the “Application“)

AND UPON considering the Order of Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nasser dated 16 March 2020 in relation to the Application (the “Order“)

AND UPON the Claimants and Defendants having agreed to the terms set forth in this Consent Order

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Order is set aside.

2. The Claimants and the Defendants will file a response to the Application by 30 March 2020.
