UPON reviewing the Third Defendant’s Expert Application dated 19 February 2020 and all supporting documents (the “Expert Application”)

AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s response to the Expert Application dated 5 March 2020

AND UPON reviewing the Third Defendant’s Application to stay the Expert Application pending determination by the Dubai Police, in a disclosable report, in respect of whether the Third Defendant’s signatures on the Disputed Documents are genuine or have been forged (the “Application”)

AND UPON reading all relevant documents in the Court file

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Application is granted.

2. The Expert Application shall be stayed pending determination by the Dubai Police in a disclosable report on whether the Third Defendant’s signatures on the Disputed Documents are genuine or have been forged.

3. Costs, in of the Application and the Expert Application, are reserved.
