CONSENT ORDER
UPON the parties having agreed terms through their respective solicitors
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The stay of the proceedings that was put in place by an order of the Court dated 2 January 2020, which stayed the proceedings until 15 February 2020 to enable the parties to attend a mediation (in respect of which the Claimant filed an application on 13 February 2020 to extend the stay until 15 March 2020 by consent), shall be extended to 15 April 2020 (“Stay Period”) to enable the parties to continue the mediation process.
2. For the duration of the stay, all deadlines in the proceedings will remain on hold.
3. The parties shall notify the Court in writing at the end of the Stay Period whether settlement has been reached and the parties shall at the same time lodge either:
(a) if a settlement has been reached, a draft Consent Order signed by all parties; or
(b) if no settlement has been reached, a statement of agreed directions signed by all parties.
4. In the absence of agreed directions, the Registry will proceed to issue directions.
5. No order as to costs.
