UPON the parties having agreed, by consent, the following:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Claimant has 28 days, from 20 May 2020, to file its amended Particulars of Claim (“POC”) pursuant to Part 18 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.

2. Pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 10 March 2020 (the “10 March Order”), the Respondent has 28 days from the date of receipt of the amended POC to file its objections.

3. The costs imposed in paragraph 2 of the 10 March Order, against the Respondent, and in favour of the Claimant have been waived by the Claimant.
