CONSENT ORDER

UPON the Claimant seeking to amend its name for the purposes of the proceedings

AND UPON the parties consenting to the terms of this Order

IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1.In these proceedings the name of the Claimant shall be amended to “Skatteforvaltningen (the Danish Customs and Tax Administration)”.

2. The Claimant shall serve this Order on the Defendants within 14 days of receipt of a sealed copy from the Court.

3. The parties shall be permitted to make consequential amendments to their statements of case (if so advised).

4. Costs reserved, save that the Claimant shall pay the costs of the Defendants’ consequential amendments to their defences if any are made (to be subject to detailed assessment if not agreed).
